During this time, I would like to introduce the working styles and implementing the procedure of our staffs from Spiceworks Myanmar.<\/span><\/p>\n

Currently, there are 10 staffs working in our company.<\/span><\/p>\n

Most of them are less than 25 years of age.<\/span><\/p>\n

In our company, now we are implementing the coding projects (from Japan) and internal projects basically.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u3044\u304d\u306a\u308a\u3067\u3059\u304c\u3001\u6708\u66dc\u65e5\u306f\u307f\u3093\u306a\u3067\u304a\u6383\u9664\u304b\u3089\u306e\u30b9\u30bf\u30fc\u30c8\u3068\u306a\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6c5a\u304f\u306a\u3063\u3066\u304d\u305f\u304b\u3089\u6383\u9664\u3059\u308b\u3067\u306f\u306a\u304f\u3001\u307f\u3093\u306a\u304c\u50cd\u304d\u3084\u3059\u3044\u7dba\u9e97\u306a\u7a7a\u6c17\u3068\u74b0\u5883\u3092\u5b88\u308b\u305f\u3081\u306b\u6e05\u6383\u3092\u884c\u3063\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

\u305d\u308c\u306b\u4e00\u7dd2\u306b\u6383\u9664\u3092\u3059\u308b\u4e0a\u3067\u793e\u54e1\u9054\u306e\u30e2\u30e9\u30eb\u3001\u30c1\u30fc\u30e0\u30ef\u30fc\u30af\u3001\u9023\u5e2f\u611f\u304c\u5411\u4e0a\u3059\u308b\u3068\u601d\u3046\u306e\u3067\u3001\u6383\u9664\u304b\u3089\u30b9\u30bf\u30fc\u30c8\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

On every Monday, we all used to start our works with cleaning activity first.<\/span><\/p>\n

We never wait to clean our working environment till it becomes dirty, as we need fresh air and sound environment for working comfortably and we think that cleaning together can improve our teamwork, moral supports and make the team be more unique.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u305d\u306e\u5f8c\u306b\u5168\u4f53\u4f1a\u8b70\u3092\u884c\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002\u3053\u3061\u3089\u3067\u306f\u7686\u3055\u3093\u306e\u30b9\u30b1\u30b8\u30e5\u30fc\u30eb\u3084\u6211\u3005\u306e\u6848\u4ef6\u306e\u72b6\u614b\u3001\u9032\u6b69\u306a\u3069\u3092\u78ba\u8a8d\u3059\u308b\u6642\u9593\u3068\u306a\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

After cleaning, we used to conduct a regular meeting to check the progress of our individual staff\u2019s activities according to their planned schedules and project activities.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u30b9\u30b1\u30b8\u30e5\u30fc\u30eb\u306a\u3069\u306e\u78ba\u8a8d\u304c\u7d42\u308f\u3063\u305f\u3089\u3001\u4eca\u5ea6\u306f\u30a6\u30a7\u30d6\u7cfb\u306e\u6280\u8853\u3084\u77e5\u8b58\u3092\u5171\u6709\u3059\u308b\u767a\u8868\u4f1a\u306b\u306a\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002\u3053\u3061\u3089\u3067\u306f\u6bce\u9031\u4e00\u4eba\u3065\u3064\u304c\u9806\u756a\u306b\u767a\u8868\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

And\u00a0 then, one of our staff, who is already assigned, has to conduct a proper presentation , to share new knowledge, experiences, and skills concerning with web-based processing and designing.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u5f0a\u793e\u3067\u306e\u30ef\u30fc\u30af\u30b9\u30bf\u30a4\u30eb\u306f\u30da\u30a2\u30af\u30ea\u30a8\u30fc\u30b7\u30e7\u30f3\u3068\u306a\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002\u5148\u8f29\u3068\u5f8c\u8f29\u304c\u4e00\u7dd2\u306b\u4ed5\u4e8b\u3092\u3057\u3001\u304a\u4e92\u3044\u306b\u6210\u9577\u3057\u3066\u3044\u304f\u611f\u3058\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

In our company, two staffs (one Junior and one Senior) have to work together for one task, we called pair creation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Even though this working model seems to be waste our resources for one task, it can create a lot of merits such as they can grow their knowledge, experiences, and skills by supporting each other and later we can spare our precious time using for checking and fixing our mistakes, as this model can reduce errors a lot.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u3082\u3061\u308d\u3093\u3001\u65e5\u672c\u5074\u3068\u304a\u4ed5\u4e8b\u306e\u3084\u308a\u53d6\u308a\u3084\u30b3\u30df\u30e5\u30cb\u30b1\u30fc\u30b7\u30e7\u30f3\u306a\u3069\u306f\u65e5\u672c\u8a9e\u3092\u4f7f\u7528\u3057\u3066\u304a\u308a\u3001\u5f93\u696d\u54e1\u9054\u306f\u65e5\u672c\u8a9e\u3082\u52c9\u5f37\u3057\u306a\u3051\u308c\u3070\u306a\u308a\u307e\u305b\u3093\uff01<\/p>\n

\u306a\u306e\u3067\u3001\u6bce\u9031\u306e\u6c34\u66dc\u65e5\u306b\u300cLet’s talk Japanese\u300d\u3068\u3044\u3046\u6642\u9593\u3092\u4f5c\u3063\u3066\u307f\u3093\u306a\u3067\u65e5\u672c\u8a9e\u304c\u8a71\u305b\u308b\u3088\u3046\u306b\u9811\u5f35\u3063\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

For information ,communication and working in our office, we used the Japanese language as the main language. So, our staffs must have to study the Japanese language for working conveniently.<\/span><\/p>\n

We provide and support them to attend Japanese class. But it is not enough to practice their listening and speaking skills even though they can read and write grammatically.<\/span><\/p>\n

Thus, we organize an activity called \u201cLet\u2019s talk Japanese\u201d on every Wednesday to improve the Japanese proficiency of our staffs.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u52a0\u3048\u3066\u3001\u65e5\u672c\u8a9e\u80fd\u529b\u8a66\u9a13\u3092\u53d7\u3051\u308b\u4eba\u306f\u30c6\u30b9\u30c8\u306e\u6e96\u5099\u3092\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

Furthermore, for the staffs who already applied to sit for JLPT (Japanese-Language Proficiency Test), have to prepare properly.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u6bce\u9031\u6728\u66dc\u65e5\u306f\u672c\u793e\u30b9\u30d1\u30a4\u30b9\u30ef\u30fc\u30af\u30b9\u306e\u793e\u9577\u3068\u300cChat\u300d\u3067\u7ba1\u7406\u3084\u7d4c\u7406\u306a\u3069\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u306e\u4f1a\u8b70\u3092\u884c\u3063\u3066\u304a\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

\u304a\u4ed5\u4e8b\u306e\u9032\u6b69\u306a\u3069\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u3082\u3053\u3061\u3089\u3067\u76f8\u8ac7\u3057\u305f\u308a\u3001\u78ba\u8a8d\u3057\u305f\u308a\u3057\u3066\u304a\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

On every Thursday we facilitate a regular meeting with Managing Director of Spiceworks from Japan through online chatting.<\/span><\/p>\n

During this meeting, we used to discuss and consult about our business management difficulties encountered and give some advice and feedback on our project activities.<\/span><\/p>\n

We want to build the Spiceworks Myanmar to be grown dramatically by promoting the technical knowledge, capacity, and skills of each and every one of our staffs.<\/span><\/p>\n
